Build and launch a campaign

Create a campaign, add a list and a sender, keep launchable steps only, then Launch from Review when nothing blocks. InMail and Find email cannot launch yet.

A campaign launches from Review when it has a list, a sender, and only launchable steps. InMail and Find email can appear in the picker. Review blocks launch until you remove them.

Create the campaign

  1. Open Campaigns.

  2. Create a campaign.

  3. Stay on the three tabs: Sequence, Settings, Review.

Sequence is the graph. Settings holds Audience, Senders, Schedule, and Exclusions. Review lists blocks with Fix before Launch.

What you need to launch

  1. On Settings → Audience, pick the person list to enroll.

  2. On Settings → Senders, pick at least one Active sender with a licensed seat.

  3. On Sequence, add launchable steps such as Invitation, Message, Profile view, Like post, Follow, Wait, or End.

  4. If you need a branch, add If accepted on Invitation or If replied on Message. Those forks live on the step. The Conditions tab is Coming soon.

  5. Open Review. Fix every block, then Launch.

If Review mentions InMail, it says "InMail sending is not available yet. Remove this step or switch to Message to launch." If it mentions Find email, it says "Find email is not available yet. Remove this step to launch."

Campaign status is Draft before launch, then Active, Paused, or Archived. Drafts have not sent. Pause stops an Active campaign. Archive keeps history.
