Each workspace has its own senders, campaigns, tokens, and seats. Owner or admin creates a workspace on Settings → Workspaces, then switches there.

Switch or create a workspace

Open the invite email or select Join on Home when you see You have invites. Sign in with the invited email. Invite unavailable means the link cannot be used.

Accept a workspace invite

Change the name shown to teammates on Settings → Profile. This is your user name, not the workspace name. Email stays on Profile as read-only.

Edit your profile

Change your password from Settings → Profile, or use forgot password on the login page. Sign out is on Profile and ends this device session.

The confirm page asks you to confirm you meant to open the email link. If the link is dead, it says Link unavailable. Valid links continue on.
