ReachyReach glossary

Contacts are people. Companies are firms. Leads are pipeline cards on New, Qualified, Meeting, Won, or Lost. A person can be both a contact and a lead.

Contacts, companies, and leads

Launchable steps are Invitation, Message, Profile view, Like post, Follow, If accepted, If replied, A/B path, Wait, and End. InMail and Find email block launch.

Campaign steps you can launch

Person lists live under Contacts. Company lists live under Companies. Create one with New list, during import, or Add to list from a selection.

Leads is a board with New, Qualified, Meeting, Won, and Lost. Drag a card to change stage. This is not your contact list. Switch Kanban or List.

Use the Leads pipeline

Owner and admin can bill, connect senders, flip the kill switch, and open Live View. Members run outreach. Viewers read. Teammates are free.

ReachyReach will not send while the kill switch is on, from an unlicensed sender, or past Account Protection. It will not bypass LinkedIn checks.

What ReachyReach will not do

Pause an Active campaign from the campaign list. Archive keeps it for history. Drafts have not launched. This is not the same as sender pause.

Exclusions skip leads already touched. The three toggles live on campaign Settings. Enroll preview shows how many of those leads will be skipped.

After launch, senders, schedule, and exclusions stay locked until you select Edit campaign. You can still enroll leads. Sequence follows the page lock.

Edit an active campaign

Step editors and templates insert Contact and Sender tokens such as {{first_name}} and {{sender_name}}. Unknown tokens stay typed. Notes cap at 300.

Use merge variables in messages

Select rows on Contacts or Companies, then Export. The file is a CSV of the current selection, not the whole workspace unless you selected all.

Bulk delete removes the selected people or companies from the workspace. It cannot be undone. Remove from this list only unlinks them from the list.

Add to pipeline creates a lead card on New. You can do this from Contacts, a Unibox thread, or a list selection. The person stays a contact.

Open a lead, then the Tasks tab. Tasks are human follow-up on that card. They do not send LinkedIn messages. Add a title, due date, and assignee.
