Bulk delete removes the selected people or companies from the workspace, and it cannot be undone. Remove from this list only unlinks the list.
Delete from the workspace
The confirm dialog asks "Delete {N} … from the workspace? This cannot be undone."
Open Contacts or Companies, or open a list.
Select the rows you want to remove from the workspace.
Open the selection menu and choose Delete {N} contact(s) or Delete {N} company(s).
Read the confirm line. It names the count and says the delete cannot be undone.
Select Delete only if you mean to remove those records from the workspace.
A single row menu can delete one person the same way. The dialog then names that person and still says this cannot be undone.
Remove from this list is different
When you are inside a list, Remove from this list unlinks the selected rows from that list only. The people or firms stay in the workspace. Use that when you meant to drop them from a segment, not from ReachyReach.
Suppressions are a different tool. A suppression stops sends. It does not delete the record.
