Your first week in ReachyReach

Each LinkedIn sender uses one sender seat. Owner or admin selects Add sender on Senders. Connecting LinkedIn is a separate step after you add.

Add a LinkedIn sender

Add contacts from CSV or LinkedIn on Contacts → Add contacts. LinkedIn methods need an Active sender. Sales Navigator stays locked without that product.

Import contacts into ReachyReach

Create a campaign, add a list and a sender, keep launchable steps only, then Launch from Review when nothing blocks. InMail and Find email cannot launch yet.

Build and launch a campaign

Unibox is the shared LinkedIn inbox. Open a thread, write or use Write with AI, then Send. Account Protection can stop a send before LinkedIn sees it.

Teammates are free. Each LinkedIn sender uses one sender seat. Company Enrich uses one token. Contact job-title Enrich does not use a token.

Sender seats, teammates, and enrich tokens

Company Enrich fills domain, size, country, industry, and LinkedIn when it can. It costs one token the first time that workspace unlocks the company.

Enrich a company in ReachyReach

On the campaign Settings tab, set start and end dates, timezone, send hours, active days, and exclusion rules. These hours are the ones you can edit.

Enroll preview shows how many leads will enroll and how many will be skipped. Open it before you enroll so skipped leads are not a surprise.

On an open thread you can assign an owner, Snooze 3d, mark Done, Reopen, Recheck intent, or Resume sequence. Filter Open by sender and intent.

Add companies from CSV or LinkedIn on Companies → Add companies. LinkedIn methods need an Active sender. Enrich is a later click, not the import.

Import companies

Review includes Test campaign. It dry-runs up to 5 sample leads from the primary list. It does not send LinkedIn messages. Use it before Launch.
