You add companies on Companies → Add companies from CSV, LinkedIn, or Add manually. LinkedIn company methods stay locked until an Active sender exists. Company Enrich is a later click on the company, not part of this import.
Open Add companies
Open Companies.
Select Add companies.
Choose CSV import, LinkedIn import, or Add manually.
Company database is disabled and has no Coming soon badge. CRM shows Coming soon. Skip both. Add manually creates one company by hand when you do not have a file or a LinkedIn search.
CSV or LinkedIn
CSV import uploads your spreadsheet. LinkedIn import needs an Active sender. After you pick LinkedIn, the company methods are LinkedIn company search and Sales Navigator (Accounts).
LinkedIn company search unlocks with any Active sender. Sales Navigator (Accounts) also needs Sales Navigator ticked on that sender's Details tab. Locked Sales Navigator cards say "Connect a LinkedIn sender with Sales Navigator to unlock".
Imported firms land on Companies. Put them on a company list if a campaign or later work needs that list. Do not Enrich during import. Open the company later and select Enrich when you want domain, size, country, industry, or LinkedIn. That spend is one company enrich token, not Contact Enrich.
