Owner or admin selects Manage billing on Settings → Billing and updates the card in Stripe. Members can see the card on file but cannot change it.

Update your payment method

If the subscription is no longer active or trialing, sender seats stop licensing. Senders may show a No seat badge until the card is fixed there.
