If ReachyReach cannot find the company, the token is returned. Add a clearer name, LinkedIn URL, or domain, then Enrich again on that company.

Company Enrich did not find the company

Enrich shows Out of tokens when the workspace balance is 0. Owner or admin buys a 1000-token pack on Billing, or waits for the monthly grant.

Add sender is blocked at capacity. Extra senders keep a No seat badge and do not send until you delete a sender or buy another licensed seat.

No seats left or No seat on a sender

Review lists each block with a Fix link. Common causes are no sender, no primary list, InMail or Find email still on the graph, or Account Protection preflight.

Campaign will not launch

The send was not attempted. The banner names the reason. Fix that reason on Safety, Billing, the sender, or Suppressions, then retry the send.

Blocked by Account Protection

Updated means the inbox is current. Sync delayed and Not synced yet mean the last pull is old. Check the sender is Active and the kill switch is off.

Write with AI needs at least one inbound or thread message. Empty threads cannot draft. Failed drafts can be edited or retried from that thread.

Write with AI did nothing

Wait, then look for Verification code, Open remote browser, or a missing proxy country. Do not add a second sender for the same LinkedIn account.

Sender stuck on Connecting

LinkedIn import cards stay locked until an Active sender exists. Sales Navigator and Recruiter also need that product ticked on sender Details.

If senders are out of LinkedIn views, the token is returned for that view. Domain and size can still fill. Retry the next day if you need the LinkedIn logo.
