LinkedIn import cards stay locked until an Active sender exists. Sales Navigator and Recruiter also need that product on the sender.
Unlock the card you need
The lock is a capability check, not a broken import.
Open Senders and confirm at least one sender is Active.
If every sender is Draft or Connecting, finish connect first.
Open Contacts → Add contacts or Companies → Add companies and read the lock line on the card.
Cards that say "Connect an active LinkedIn sender to unlock" need any Active sender.
Cards that say "Connect a LinkedIn sender with Sales Navigator to unlock" or "Connect a LinkedIn sender with Recruiter to unlock" also need that checkbox ticked on Details.
Travel mode on the only Active sender can keep a method locked. Clear travel mode or use another Active sender. CSV import stays available without a sender.
If it stays locked after Active
Open that sender Details and tick the product the LinkedIn account actually has. Ticking Sales Navigator does not unlock Recruiter. One Active sender with the product unlocks that method for the workspace.
