A sender seat licenses one LinkedIn sender in the workspace. Teammates who only view or admin do not use a seat. You pay per sender, not per teammate.

What is a sender seat?

Monthly company enrich tokens do not roll over. Token packs do not expire. The monthly allowance spends first, then pack tokens you already bought.

Do unused enrich tokens roll over?

Enrich is disabled when the company has no name, URL, or domain, or the workspace has 0 tokens. Add identity first, or buy a pack on Billing.

Why is company Enrich disabled?

A No seat badge means you have more senders than licensed seats. Extra senders stay in the workspace but do not send until you license a seat.

Why does a sender say No seat?

Account Protection blocked the send. The message was not sent to LinkedIn. The Unibox banner names the reason. Fix that reason, then retry Send.

Why can I not send in Unibox?

Yes, after an Active sender whose LinkedIn account includes Sales Navigator. Tick Sales Navigator on that sender Details tab, then open Add contacts.

Can I import from Sales Navigator?

The Business trial lasts 7 days and includes sender seats plus 150 enrich tokens per seat. After the trial, unpaid senders lose their license.

How does the ReachyReach trial work?

Owner or admin can buy token packs and change seats. Members can see the balance on Settings → Billing but cannot start checkout or update seats.

Who can buy tokens or change seats?

Enter the code on the sender as Verification code, then Submit code. Stay on that sender. Do not add a second sender for the same LinkedIn account.

Owner or admin can save LinkedIn credentials so Connect can run without retyping. Members cannot save credentials or start Connect on a sender.

Do you store my LinkedIn password?

Unibox is the shared LinkedIn inbox for every sender in the workspace. Open, Snooze, or mark Done. Account Protection can still block a send.

What is Unibox?

Company Enrich spends one token and fills the company. Contact Enrich pulls a job title and does not spend a token. They are different actions.

A workspace has its own senders, campaigns, tokens, and seats. Switch on Settings → Workspaces. Tokens and seats do not move when you switch.
