Enrich stays off until the company has an identity and the workspace has at least one token.

Open the company and add a name, URL, or domain. Then check Settings → Billing. If the balance is 0, Owner or admin selects <b>Buy 1000 tokens</b> on Settings → Billing, or waits for the monthly grant of 150 tokens per seat.

A miss refunds the token. Contact Enrich on a person is a job title pull and does not unlock this button.
