Contact Enrich pulls a job title from LinkedIn. It does not spend a company enrich token. The title appears when LinkedIn finishes.
Wait for the job title
The button is Enrich. While it runs, the label is "Enriching..." and the hint is "Pulling job title from LinkedIn...".
Open the contact that has a LinkedIn profile. Without one, Enrich is off and the hint is "Needs a LinkedIn profile".
Select Enrich on the contact, or Enrich from the row menu.
Stay on that contact. Success is "Job title updated."
If it takes longer, the hint becomes "Still working. The job title will appear when LinkedIn finishes."
Do not click Enrich in a loop. Wait for LinkedIn.
A failed run can show "Enrich failed". Retry once on the same contact. Contact detail can also say "No job title yet. Use Enrich above."
This is not company Enrich
Company Enrich spends one token the first time that workspace unlocks the firm. A miss refunds that token. Contact Enrich is a LinkedIn view for job title only. Settings → Billing will not drop for this click.
If senders are out of LinkedIn views, wait for the next day. That limit is a LinkedIn view cap, not a token pack.
