Updated means the Unibox pull for that sender is current. Sync delayed and Not synced yet mean the last pull is old, so check the sender is Active and the kill switch is off.
Check the sender and the workspace halt
Unibox shows the freshness label in the header. It is not a second inbox.
Open Unibox and read the header: Updated, Sync delayed, or Not synced yet.
Open Senders and confirm that sender is Active, not Connecting, Paused, or Needs login.
Open Settings → General and confirm the kill switch is off. Unibox names "Workspace kill switch is ON" when it is on.
If the sender is in travel mode, wait or select Clear travel mode. Sync stays quiet during the freeze.
Open the sender if status is Challenge required and finish the code or the remote browser check.
Do not add a second sender to force a pull. Stay on the sender that owns those threads.
If the label stays stale
Updated is the healthy state. Sync delayed means the last pull is old. Not synced yet means this sender has not completed a pull. After the sender is Active and the kill switch is off, wait for the next pull, then refresh Unibox. If Account Protection still blocks a send, read that banner. Freshness and a blocked send are different problems.
