Unibox is the shared LinkedIn inbox for every sender in the workspace. Open a thread, write a reply or select Write with AI, then Send. Account Protection can stop the send before LinkedIn sees it.
Open, Snoozed, and Done
Open Unibox.
Stay on Open for work you still need to answer.
Use Snoozed for threads you parked for three days.
Use Done for threads you closed.
Filter by sender and intent (Interested, Not now, Objection, Out of office, Neutral) when the list is long. The header shows Updated when the last pull is fresh, Sync delayed when the last pull is old, or Not synced yet when this sender has not pulled threads.
Write and send
Open the thread.
Type a reply, or select Write with AI when the thread already has a message to draft from.
Select Send.
If Account Protection blocks the action, Unibox shows "Blocked by Account Protection: {reason}. The send was not attempted." The message never reached LinkedIn. Fix the reason, then retry.
