Use the Leads pipeline

Leads is a board with New, Qualified, Meeting, Won, and Lost. Drag a card to change stage. This is not your contact list. Switch Kanban or List.

Leads is a pipeline board, not a second copy of Contacts. Cards sit on New, Qualified, Meeting, Won, or Lost, and you drag a card to change its stage.

Open the board and move a card

The same person can be a contact and a lead. Closing Won or Lost does not delete the contact.

  1. Open Leads.

  2. Switch Kanban for columns, or List for a table of the same cards.

  3. Read the columns New, Qualified, Meeting, Won, and Lost.

  4. Drag a card to another column, or change stage on the card, to move it.

Kanban and List show the same pipeline. Use List when you want rows and filters in a table. Owner and due filters are a separate guide.

Priority, source, and next step

Each card can carry priority, source, and next step. Set them on the lead so the board tells you what to do next.

  1. Open a lead card.

  2. Set Priority to None, Low, Medium, or High.

  3. Read Source. It names how the card arrived: Manual, Unibox, Campaign, Import, or Other.

  4. Set Next step when you have a human follow-up, such as Call or Follow up.

Next step is a reminder on the card. It does not send LinkedIn. Tasks on that lead are a separate tab.
