Teammates are free and do not consume a sender seat. Owner or admin invites Admin, Member, or Viewer on Settings → Members.
Invite a teammate
A teammate is a person on the workspace. A sender seat licenses a LinkedIn account. Billing states "Teammates who only view or admin do not use a seat."
Sign in as Owner or admin.
Open Settings → Members.
Enter the teammate email.
Choose a role: Admin, Member, or Viewer. Owner is not an invite role.
Select Invite.
ReachyReach emails the person when it can. If email cannot be sent, copy the accept link and send it yourself. They join by opening Accept a workspace invite. Pending invites stay on Settings → Members until they accept, expire, or you revoke them.
What each invite role can do
Admin can bill, connect senders, and change workspace controls. Member runs outreach. Viewer reads. Live View stays Owner or admin. Change a joined person's role on the Members table. You cannot invite someone as Owner.
If the invite fails
Ask them to sign in with the invited email. If they see Invite unavailable, the link is expired, already used, or was sent to a different email address. Send a new invite from Settings → Members.
