Owner or admin buys extra company enrich tokens on Settings → Billing. The pack is Buy 1000 tokens for €50, and those tokens do not expire.
Buy the pack
Monthly seat tokens come first. The pack is the overflow you keep after the month resets.
Sign in as Owner or admin.
Open Settings → Billing.
In Company enrich, select Buy 1000 tokens.
Finish checkout when the payment page opens. The line under the button says the pack does not expire.
If Billing shows "Checkout not available yet.", the pack button is not a working card form yet. Wait until checkout is on. Do not treat a failed checkout as a granted pack.
Members can see the token balance. Only Owner or admin can buy. The 1000 tokens sit in the pack bucket and are spent after the monthly allowance.
After you buy
The Billing token count goes up by 1000 when payment succeeds. Unused pack tokens stay until you Enrich a company. They do not follow the monthly reset.
If Enrich still says Out of tokens, refresh Billing and confirm the payment completed. Then open Out of company enrich tokens. A pack does not add sender seats and does not change the monthly 150-per-seat grant. It only adds extra company enrich tokens.
