Connect a LinkedIn sender

Owner or admin saves LinkedIn credentials, assigns a proxy country when asked, then selects Connect to LinkedIn. Status moves from Connecting toward Active.

Owner or admin connects a LinkedIn sender by saving credentials, assigning a country proxy when asked, then selecting Connect to LinkedIn. Members see "Owner or admin required to connect LinkedIn."

Connect the sender

Connect is a separate step from Add sender. Add sender spends a seat. Connect logs that LinkedIn account in.

  1. Open the sender. Status starts at Draft.

  2. On the LinkedIn tab, enter LinkedIn email and password, then save. If credentials are missing, the panel says "Save LinkedIn credentials first."

  3. Open the Proxy tab. Assign a country that matches where that LinkedIn account lives, then save. If the country is missing, the panel says "Assign a country proxy in the Proxy tab, then save."

  4. Return to LinkedIn and select Connect to LinkedIn.

  5. Status moves Draft → Connecting → Active, or it stops at Challenge required.

Do not name or paste a proxy vendor. Use the country control in the Proxy tab.

If LinkedIn asks for more

Challenge required means LinkedIn wants a verification code or a captcha. Stay on this sender. Submit a LinkedIn verification code, or finish a LinkedIn captcha in the remote browser. Do not add a second sender for the same LinkedIn account.

Active means the sender can run outreach if it also has a licensed seat. No seat is a badge next to status, not a status of its own.
