Owner or admin adds suppressions on Settings → Suppressions. A suppressed contact is not sent. Unibox may show "Contact is suppressed" when Account Protection stops the send.

Add a suppression

Types are Email, Domain, and LinkedIn. Import and enroll skip matching people.

  1. Sign in as Owner or admin. Members can read the list.

  2. Open Settings → Suppressions.

  3. Choose type Email, Domain, or LinkedIn.

  4. Enter the value. Use an email, a domain, or a LinkedIn URL or id.

  5. Add an optional reason.

  6. Save. The row appears in the table.

The page line is "Blocked emails, domains, or LinkedIn ids skipped on import and enroll." A domain suppression covers every address at that domain. A LinkedIn suppression covers that profile.

What you see when it fires

Campaigns do not send to a suppressed contact. Unibox can show "Contact is suppressed" as the Account Protection reason. The send is not attempted.

To lift a row, Owner or admin selects Remove on that suppression and confirms "Remove suppression". Removing it does not send anything by itself. The next enroll or Unibox send can proceed if no other gate blocks it.
