Fleet caps and inbox mix

Home Fleet lists senders and marks At today's cap. Inbox mix uses Interested, Not now, Objection, Out of office, Neutral, plus Unclassified.

Home Fleet lists senders for today in UTC and can mark At today's cap. Home Inbox shows open-thread mix by intent, including Unclassified.

Read Fleet

Fleet hides when the workspace has no senders.

  1. Open Home and find Fleet. The eyebrow is "Today, UTC".

  2. Read the sender count and "{used} of {licensed} sender seats used".

  3. If senders need a human, Fleet also shows "{N} need attention".

  4. Open a sender name to go to that sender. Status is still a status, and No seat is a badge.

  5. When a sender has used today's allowed actions, the line is At today's cap.

A campaign filter can show "No senders on this campaign." Fleet cap rings use Connect, Message, and InMail as today's usage labels. InMail still cannot launch as a campaign step.

Read Inbox mix

Inbox hides when there are no open threads and no replies in the current week.

The mix bars are Interested, Not now, Objection, Out of office, Neutral, and Unclassified. The footer is Unread plus a count. If Interested threads have waited, Inbox can show "{N} interested waiting over 6 hours" and open Unibox filtered to Interested.
