Open Settings → Audit.
Stay on All to see every group.
Select Workspace, Safety, Sender, Members, or Unibox to narrow the list.
Read the actor, action, and time on each row.
All is the unfiltered list. Workspace covers workspace settings. Safety covers mode, budget, and related safety events. Sender covers sender changes. Members covers invites and roles. Unibox covers inbox actions.
You cannot undo an event from this page. To change a control, open the settings page that owns it. Kill switch is Settings → General. Safety mode is Settings → Safety. Invites are Settings → Members.
The log is workspace-scoped. Switching workspace on Settings → Workspaces shows that workspace's events only. Tokens, seats, and senders in another workspace do not appear here.
