Use the kill switch for a stolen laptop, a bad actor, or a LinkedIn scare. It is an immediate halt for every send in the workspace, and how to flip it is Turn on the kill switch.
Use it when you need an immediate halt
The kill switch is a workspace stop, not a per-sender pause and not travel mode.
Decide that you need every send to stop now: stolen laptop, a person who should not have access, or a LinkedIn scare on an account in this workspace.
Open Turn on the kill switch and follow those steps on Settings → General.
Confirm Unibox and campaigns stop. The reason is "Workspace kill switch is ON".
Leave it on until the laptop is locked, the person is removed, or the scare is handled.
Turn it off only from that same Settings article when you want sends to resume.
Paused on one sender is the safety breaker. Travel mode freezes one sender while someone travels. Delete sender frees a seat. None of those is the workspace halt.
What it does not replace
It does not revoke a teammate invite by itself. It does not finish a session repair. It does not license a seat. After you resume, Account Protection still names any other reason that is true.
