Paused means the safety breaker stopped the sender. The panel says "Sender is paused by the safety breaker." There is no manual Pause in the customer menu.
Resume the sender
Resume is the customer control. You do not pause a sender from a menu. Account Protection opened the breaker.
Open the paused sender.
Read "Sender is paused by the safety breaker."
If there is no open checkpoint, select Resume sender.
If Settings → Safety shows a repair, open Live View as Owner or admin, finish the check, then select Mark complete and resume.
Wait until status moves off Paused before you expect sends.
Members can see that the sender is paused. They cannot open Live View. If Resume sender is missing, you are not Owner or admin, or a repair still needs a human.
If it pauses again
Do not add a second sender. Open Settings → Safety and read the repair or the safety settings. Travel mode is a different freeze. The kill switch is a workspace halt. Paused is the sender breaker.
