Workspace data stays in that workspace, and Owner or admin can save LinkedIn credentials so Connect can run without retyping. Messenger identifies signed-in users.

What stays in the workspace

Each workspace has its own senders, campaigns, contacts, companies, Unibox threads, tokens, and seats. Switching workspaces does not mix those objects. Teammates see the workspace they belong to.

  1. Open the workspace you use for that client or team.

  2. Know that lists, senders, and Unibox stay there.

  3. Only Owner or admin save LinkedIn email and password on a sender for connect. Members cannot save those credentials.

  4. Messenger knows who is signed in when you write from the product.

  5. Read the legal pages for the full policy, not this article.

Credentials exist so Owner or admin can connect without pasting a password every time. Members still use Unibox and campaigns. They do not get a credentials form.
