Each row is a campaign name plus "{N} interested". Open the name to go to that campaign.
Open Home.
Find Outreach.
Read the interested count on each campaign.
If active campaigns have blocked actions, open "{N} blocked in active campaigns". That link goes to Campaigns.
Outreach hides when there are no ranked campaigns and no blocked actions. Launch and enroll first. Progress and Performance stay on the same Home page and use this-week tiles, not this all-time list.
A blocked line is Account Protection, not a missing chart. Read the banner reason on Unibox or the campaign, then fix Safety, Billing, the sender, or Suppressions.
